I’m Courtney—and I figured out how to stay consistent in the middle of real life.

Full-time working mom.

Two kids.

Packed schedule.

And no extra time to waste on complicated fitness plans.

A woman, a young girl, and a large brown dog outdoors on a sidewalk, with a basketball hoop and trees in the background. The woman is smiling at the camera, wearing a black shirt and blue shorts, and has tattoos and bracelets on her arm. The girl is also smiling, wearing a green shirt and white shoes, and is holding the dog. The dog is sitting, has its tongue out, and is looking slightly to the side.
A group selfie of four smiling people outdoors near a chain link fence and parking lot, taken in bright sunlight. Two are adults, one man and one woman, with the woman wearing sunglasses and visible tattoos on her arm, and two children, one with blonde hair and one with brown hair.

If you feel like you’re always starting over…

I get it.

I used to think I just needed more motivation.

I’d start strong, fall off when life got busy, and then tell myself I’d “start again Monday.”

Over and over.

But the truth was—
life wasn’t going to slow down for me to finally get it together.

So I stopped trying to do it perfectly.

Instead, I focused on what actually fit into my life.

Early morning workouts.

Running during practices.
Simple meals I didn’t have to overthink.
A routine I could stick to—even on the busiest days.

And that’s when everything started to change.

A woman taking a selfie outdoors at a park or sports field with a young boy on a bicycle in the background. The woman is smiling and wearing a black shirt, and the boy is wearing a light blue shirt and red shorts.

I’ve pushed myself in a lot of ways…

Female athlete crossing the finish line at an Ironman race in Indian Wells, LA Quinta, wearing a blue and black athletic outfit, sunglasses, and a helmet, smiling with her arms raised in victory, with a digital timer and race information displayed above.
A family celebrating after completing a marathon, with a man and a woman holding medals and children smiling in front of a crowd outdoors.
Two athletes on a podium celebrating at a fitness competition, with a man standing on the top step and a woman crouching beside him, both smiling and making celebratory poses. The background features logos and sponsorship banners.
A woman in an orange workout tank and black shorts pulls on a battle rope during a fitness competition in an indoor arena, with spectators and other participants in the background.

Half marathons.
A full marathon.
Half Ironman. HYROX. DEKA Fit.

But honestly?

None of that matters if you can’t stay consistent in your everyday life.

That’s the part most people struggle with—and it’s exactly what I focus on now.

Side-by-side mirror selfies of a woman with tattoos showing her torso, holding a purple phone, and wearing different tops; on the left a gray sports bra, and on the right a black sports bra, in a bathroom with white walls, framed art, a small shelf with decorative trees, a marble countertop with a black lotion dispenser, and a smartphone on a stand.

Now I help other busy moms do the same.

If you’re tired of starting over…
If you feel like you “should” be able to do this but can’t seem to stay consistent…

You don’t need more discipline.
You need a plan that actually fits your life.

That’s exactly what I’m here to help you build.
